@Bose who do I have to speak to to get a refund on an item I returned 3 weeks ago? Cust svc keeps telling me to contact them if I don’t get my refund next day and when I do they tell me the finance dept has to credit and there’s no way to contact them.this is poor service

Will not fly @SpiritAirlines again. You pay for every single thing and it ends up not being a value airline. I paid $79 ahead of flight. Weighed my bag at the airport and it's under max weight. Only offered a credit I have to use in 90 days. I'm not flying again within 90 days
Companies like @Barclays need to do better. Not everyone can CALL to close about an account and you won't let people do this via chat. I'm not sending a letter either. What if we are out of country and don't have phone access? This is unacceptable
