Codeberg's LLM policy is "please don't upload your agentically generated marketing stunt test-suite-included software it strains our limited CI resources too much for projects with no users/community". This is very reasonable!

@SheriefFYI Curious about your solutions for self-hosting. Do you self host on your own network? Do you just rent a VPS? Most importantly, how are maintenance? I get shivers for even thinking of exposing my services to the internet with private data...
Linus post on AI is perfectly reasonable. But the AI-people eagerly looking for validation seem oblivious to the fact that stating "AI is just a tool" doesn't give anyone a mandate nor an encouragement to naively vibeslop the kernel.

Time to take a stance. As an Android user + in one of the affected starting regions, I am strongly against Google locking down the app platform. One of Android's core values is literally the open app platform, and they want to take this away in the name of "scam prevention"
