Unsettled orders

Trading on the @USEUganda shouldn't be this difficult. @stanbicug has failed to execute my orders for months and completely ignores follow-up emails. Unlike international platforms, this bottleneck makes trading on limits impossible. Retail investors deserve transparent communication and functioning platforms. @CMAUganda, what is being done to hold brokers accountable? The question i have are; - What happens to the unsettled order?

I am disappointed by the delay in resolving my complaint regarding unsettled shares. Despite multiple emails and direct communication with the relevant parties, the matter remains unresolved.

I request @CmaUganda @USEUganda to intervene.
