1. Bought 2 pair of shoes.
2. Delievry agent took payment.
3. Myntra refuses to mark delivery status as delivered.
4. Suffering since 12 April as unable to return one pair.

I am suffering to no ends as Mr. SUGAT SHENDE, the delivery boy hand in glove with @myntra scammed me of money. Pathetic customer care of Myntra just has one sentence on repeat ' products are not delivered to you'

@MyntraSupport @myntra refuses to update the status of my products as delivered even after their own delivery agent Sugat Shende delivered then to me. All they do is reply saying we have escalated the matter with our desk! Going on since 12 April!

@MyntraSupport It's been a lot of time now. You just tell me to wait another 48 hours and then another. I m simply fed up of this now. Just today the execitives told me that nothing cn be done as you have already concluded that the items despite my pictures and invoices have nt been delivered

@MyntraSupport I have tried everything. The worst part is that even after emailing all these images your customer care is merely ranting that there was an investigation and in that investigation they have found that the items were not delivered to me. How incompetent !

bought 2 pair of pumps. Got them delivered after payment. Want to return one pair but @myntra says they weren't delivered to me. I PAID and the products are with me, making me UNABLE TO RETURN!
Tried everything, worst redressal even after 15d.
