@BootsUK How on earth can a deaf person make contact with your head office without having to use the telephone, which they can't use due to their hearing loss. It is an absolute disgrace in this day and age that you don't have a mechanism for deaf people to contact you. #annoyed

@currys totally unimpressed with your helpline service. Called to try to get a number for our local branch Coleraine and after 15mins farting about in the phone. Your representative says we only have store numbers for England and Wales. Like WTF
