@DoorDash_Help we fully saw the driver sprint back to his car and drive off. Our food arrived cold and we only get offered $1 and then the best they could do was $5.. and $5 credit… I don’t need a DoorDash credit if this is the type of customer service we received.

@DoorDash_Help worse customer service I experienced. I ordered my food last night- food arrived 2 hours late & the driver threw the food on the porch. It spilled all over the bag & CS could only offer DoorDash credits & partial refund.
