one of my favorite recipes is malaysian egg curry and if u consider seasoning to only be powders, it only has a pinch of chili powder and salt. the rest of the flavor comes from shallots, garlic, fish sauce, chilis, sesame oil and tomatoes.

the seasoning-not seasoning debate is useless. sometimes food only seasoned with salt is good and sometimes food with a ton of seasoning is bad, and vice versa. its about the balance of salt acid and fat.

@aliyahInterlude the routinery app has been a gamechanger for daily morning/evening routines, it's a timer to-do list that nags you start/move on at preset times. you can be really specific, like set 1 minute for drinking water. i've tried so many to do apps before this one and this one stuck.
