#Vote4UpRock on Jupiter LFG Launchpad Starts This Week!

Hello UpRockers!

As we gear up for an exciting week, let's walk through the essential details together.

🔥UpRock ($UPT) Token Launch is on the horizon, and there's just one crucial step left – winning the First LFG DAO Vote!

In a nutshell: Head over to https://t.co/17SnKKaXUl & grab some $JUP & lock it and get ready to Vote!

Here is the Timeline & Explainer from the Jupiter Team. Let's break it down:

1. Tuesday (tomorrow), March 5: Users can lock their JUP to vote in the DAO!

2. Thursday, March 8: Voting will be live at https://t.co/NM8GrerWzl at 10am EST.

3. Token-weighted voting: The more $JUP you have, the more votes for UpRock.

4. Voting Process: Holders will need to lock JUP to receive voting power and can start unlocking their locked JUP at any time. Unlocking takes 30 days to complete. During the LFG vote, each wallet can only vote for 1 project. Holders should split wallets if they wish to vote for multiple choices.

5. Top two projects with the highest votes get the DAO's official approval, with the leading project selecting its launch date

6. Token launches set between late March to mid-April for the chosen projects

7. UpRock and Jupiter Teams are here to guide you through this thrilling decision-making period

8. Voting Rewards: To encourage governance participation, 100 million $JUP will be allocated towards governance incentives tentatively for the first six months, with the exact amount of time to be determined based on how many holders are voting. Additionally, 75% of launchpad fees will be distributed to voters as well. All rewards are expected to be distributed quarterly.

9. Test DAO Vote: The DAO rollout begins with the launch of https://t.co/NM8GrerWzl and the first run test vote at 10 AM EST on Tuesday! This test vote will help users familiarize themselves with the voting process and determine the quorum for future proposals.

10. Bonus: Vote for UpRock on Thursday, March 7, at https://t.co/NM8GrerWzl, 10am EST, and enjoy a bonus in $UPT!
