That is sport for you. Some people like entities; some like teams. Some like how they look; some like personalities. That is just spectators in sports. Criticism is part of it too. Futbol fans criticize PGMOL and its associations every single day. NBA fans target the league too.
No one is saying she didn’t, and she deserves credit for taking the league to another level. But it feels like some people root against the league when she’s not playing. That’s obnoxious, and shows they don’t care about women’s basketball, just Caitlin Clark.
Caitlin Clark fans need to build a new league if they want the players to be>than coaches. That is already something I don't like in the NBA. An entity is never bigger than the team. And even if they are, they need to be let go.
Respectfully, it actually made perfect sense if we're being honest about what has transpired this season. You don't have to agree with Stephanie White but her argument is plain and simple: Caitlin Clark needs to humble herself and submit to coaching. It's not calculus.

@jemelehill Respectfully…more people watched Great Britain v.s. Sweden in Curling gold metal match of the last Winter Olympics ( 5.5 million ), than watched last year’s WNBA playoffs ( 1.9 million peak ). Get a grip.
If she were competing, it would undoubtedly have been the most-watched finals – that’s a fact. However, a troll doll who doesn't respect her own race, her peers, and women who are breaking barriers wouldn't acknowledge that Clark is the real deal. Cause it's all about the views.
I started as a CC supporter, but her fans are just whiny crybabies. Complaining about anyone and everyone. At this point, I just hope Angel Reese wins a title before her. Cause these guys just need to STFU.
@DanHasThoughts@JaimeLardis The 44 games make no difference in this equation cause Miles only played 38 games. Which is <40 games. I think this has become a common point among Clark fans, but y'all need to stop harping on points that don't matter. Instead, focus on Clark played 36 games in her rookie year.
@SGOFury@UnderdogWNBA@robinlundberg I think being a sore loser is an important part of sport. Yes, once you lose the series you should take your defeat with dignity, but till the series is alive. Fuck everybody and their mama, for all I care.
Caitlin Clark and Stephanie White CALLED EACH OTHER OUT after losing Game 1:
Clark: “I thought what we were running wasn’t great, nobody was getting an open look.”
White: “I mean they had 28 points off our turnovers.”
