I have 2 open tickets:
• #2721862 — rep keeps pasting my own album links back at me and saying “earnings are delayed,” completely ignoring the actual issue.
• #4010847 — still unanswered.
I need escalation, please.

What I’ve tried:
• Chrome, Brave, Edge, Safari
• Desktop + iPhone
• Incognito
• Clearing site data
• No extensions
• Different networks
All identical results. This is server-side, not client-side.

This explains everything:
• Missing Spotify track IDs
• Missing earnings
• SC4A crashing on Distribution pages
• No recent releases loading correctly
This affects every release since Nov 2024.

3. SC4A console shows the mapping is broken.
The page makes a call to Repost with an empty accountId, gets a 403 Forbidden, then SC4A crashes with:
“Cannot read properties of null (reading 'startsWith')”

Spotify for Artists shows normal stats. Only SC4A is broken. This isn’t a reporting delay — it’s a complete failure to link Spotify track IDs + earnings for all recent releases.

2. ALL Spotify earnings are missing
For every release since Nov 2024:
• No Spotify earnings
• Spotify doesn’t appear in the DSP breakdown
But the tracks are live and streaming. S4A just isn’t ingesting the data.

In the SC4A dashboard, album links work, but every track link becomes:

All the hosts were previous late LATE show-type people. And the stuff that made them funny, the stuff you can say after 12am on tv... You can't say at 11pm.
