Ladakhi Students in #Karnatak
needs help.
The list was released who r likely to travel by rail which was arranged by UTJK.
Now they ’ve been told, U can't travel to Jammu/Udhampur because there is no arrangement of buses/ screening by the UT Ladakh admin.
