👉 Tomorrow morning I'm negotiating EQUITY stakes with a very prominent EMIRATI family (royal connection) over my $500M real estate venture.

It's pretty new territory for them and me in the following ways:

👉 They have never had to sit shoulder to shoulder with a female in business.

I've known them for almost a year now and they have been very, very respectful and hospitable.
But don't worry they were testing me on every interaction.

🔥🔥 It pays to be a wealthy serial entrepreneur,
classy and educated and with an IVY league university background. (Yes these things make a difference)

👉 l expect the power dynamics to be very uncomfortable for them when they realise the equity splits I am offering.

👉 A tip for you if you're dealing with a negotiation with such strong power dynamics...
ALWAYS be willing to walk away if the deal doesn't satisfy your expectations.

That attitude was the way I got into the all exclusive "men's only" club here.... am very impressed though how open minded they have been to date.

😎 I have huge respect for this country and the people that lead it..but one thing | always make clear is that l am not trying to be an EMIRATI ( out of respect I wouldn't even wear the clothing like other expats do to try and fit in).

I represent the EXPATS who make up 90% of this nation and am proud of it.

🔥 But one thing is for sure, I'm SUPER excited to be able to be even SAT AT THE TABLE with such prominent families as a female since I've never seen one do it before.

This reminds me of why I do what I do. life is too boring trying to fit in.

Did you know I just took over 12 months sabbatical 🙈😍? Most weren’t aware…

🤍 In case you didn’t know, my life changed massively in these last 12 months (end of a long term relationship, loss of the love of my life 🐾💔🤍 and I moved to Dubai after 7/8 years in Monaco..)

🤍 I thought I would keep social media exposure to a minimum while I enjoyed having an offline life and rediscover who I am and what makes me excited about life again…

🤍 I’m blessed to have retired myself many times from my real estate, financial trading and more recently the tech ventures I have created so that I can afford to sit around and do nothing if I like (but I hate that)

🤍 So in true workaholic style..I started new investment funds (£250M sports and $500M real estate)

🤍 I realised making money just for me really doesn’t excite me since we take none of it when we are gone..

🤍 I love the art of a deal…I’m a deal maker and always will be.

🤍 However, the only time I felt I had real purpose in life was when I started my #fortunefamily back in 2012 when I started mentoring YOU on all the things I know.

🤍 As an entrepreneur, I seem to only enter areas that are most challenging and where I am truly the underdog. I love it.
