@PaulCharchian@ExplosiveOutput@ScottFish24@thorku@KentWeyrauch@KFAN1003 I’ve heard every show since ~2009. Found you on the old iHeart app and listened every Sat until podcast. Tuvey’s TACOM songs, Shockingly pedestrian, Todd Heap MIR, so many fun memories. Thanks for everything. From a single college kid to married/2 kids/career now, FFW was there.
The @espnapp is completely unusable for checking NFL scores. I have used it for 15+ years to follow box scores on Sunday afternoons but I am going to use @YahooFantasy app from now on.

@PaulCharchian Every fantasy analyst was so wrong on this guy, to a collective degree I’ve never seen. I live in KY so I watched him play at Florida and nothing about the eye test or his stats ever scared any SEC teams or fans.
@PaulCharchian Listened to every show since 2010. Still love TACOM & 3 (formerly 5) TQ. I know iHeart neuters everything but the music on the old KFAN version was much better. Thor is great but he makes EVERY rookie sound like the next Adrian Peterson. Tell him older guys can still be good!
I would have been very happy with Scott Drew being UK’s next coach. But, but with him being a quiet family man in a place he loves and exceeding low expectations at Baylor, I would have done the same thing. Not sure he has the personality for the job in 2024’s world anyway.
An 80 year old man who lifts is as strong as a 30 year old man who doesn't.
After the age of 30 muscle mass decreases by approximately 3-8% every decade. This rate of decline becomes even faster after the age of 60.
This reminds me of my dad who decided to start lifting & running at 40 years old.
Now at the age of 76, his body and brain are as active as ever.
He doesn't need any form of assistance, he's living independently and doing it on his terms.
A couple sessions a week of weight training is the ultimate form of delayed gratification.
You're trading 90 minutes a week for a lifetime of mobility, strength, and brain health.
I'd make that trade in a heartbeat.
I know some people in their old age who look back and regret not taking better care of themselves.
They got to a point where there was no return.
You don't want to let that happen to you.
It's better to be the oldest person in the weight room than the youngest person in the nursing home.
Lift now so you can reap the benefits later.

What I’ve learned from #OceanGate:
The general population really hate rich people.
Those same people wish they were rich.
No matter how much or how little you have, we’re all still human beings. The lack of compassion is abominable.
