This movie did a great job of portraying Peter as a good, young, healthy masculine figure for young boys. Humble, a protector, a warrior, courageous in the face of fear, and kind. I was 7 when this movie came out and wanted to be Peter so bad lol
Of course that portrayal reflects the books well, but I can’t help but imagine the new Narnia will find a way to take the masculine aspect out of Peter somehow.
Boys need this kind of masculine hero to look up to.
