Four years ago my beautiful nephew took his life 18/07/2019 he was 20 years old. Not a day goes by when I don’t think about my sister. This photo was taken in 2005. I’m never not sad #suicide

@TheNorthFaceEU hi we bought red large basecamp duffel bag 20 years ago and yellow one about 18 years ago. The red one is still going strong absolutely brilliant bag however the yellow one has split. See photos below

@Accor The Ibis Excel threw away my belongings during my stay 16th -19th January. (Which included 2 sets of house keys) I am still waiting for this to be resolved!

My nephew Rhys Shearan took his life July 2019 at Cardiff University. His life could have been saved if there were procedures in HE. Please sign and share this petition. Suicide can happen to any family.

@Accor your customer service is horrible!!! I called to report an issue in the app and they kept wasting my time then putting me on hold and closing the line after!!! I am a gold member and if this how you treat your members then shame on you!!
Someone needs to fix my issue now!

@OlfatSalka @Accor @Accor customer service is dreadful- the Ibis Excel threw away my belongings- receipts, train tickets and house keys. They never reply to emails!
