"We spend so much time listening to the things people are saying that we rarely pay attention to the things they don't," says poet and teacher Clint Smith. I have learn something about listening and I think you should watch it too. #listening#byuh305

I agree with this video too. It is so much easier to build a strong relationship with students so that you can help them efficiently. #byuh305#relationships
This is a cool tool to see students feelings about something with this Reflect quick survey. That can help teachers too to know how their students feel about something in the class. #feelings#byuh305

This is a good video to know ways to collaborate with students online. Especially in our days, we need technology to be able to communicate, teach and learn with each other. The video gives really good strategies and tools that can help teacher with the distance learning.
Finding ways for your students to collaborate can be a challenge during distance learning, but these 5 strategies will get them working together, no matter where they are.
I like all the tips that were described inside the video. Students can really improve and do better if we meet their social and emotional needs. It works not only for kids but for adults too. Adults needs to take breaks sometime to re-focus on something and to do better as well.
The need to regulate emotions, find inner calm, and be socially connected will crop up throughout the day for students—just as it does for adults. Your SEL toolkit should be flexible enough to respond in real-time. Good new piece from @edutopia.
@MindShiftKQED@Haypsych I like this plan, I think I will try to do that now when I am stressed because with exams it is not easy to control the stress. #freshair
@MujiLee6 I like this quote, it can inspire teachers to change their way of teaching. In my case, I will see differently now to help students progressing in their goals. #education
