Theres always good/bad in everything. 2 opposite things can be true in a situation.
Jayden Dalke can be a good person, that had many people who loved him....AND he can make a stupid decision/be dumb. Unfortunately that decision stole the life of another, along with his own.
One is allowed to mourn the man he was, the friend, & yes, the athlete, because the CFL is a small community where we are invested in our teams/players. Its why most of us love this league! We can remember that he was a much loved son, brother, teammate etc, without forgetting he was pretty dumb/selfish for an evening.
I wish people would put themselves in his Moms shoes, and realize all the hate she is reading. My heart breaks for her....as well as Bhishma's mother, no mother should have to bury their child!
So go ahead & be angry at Jayden, but dont criticize *other people* for wanting to remember him for the man he was before that critical stupid decision.
