@ChoiceHotels Documenting is not helpful to me. Refunding my money $1218 , should be the resolution immediately. You / your company cancelled my reservation that I made in January. When you cancel someone’s reservation, the refund should be done at the same exact time

@ChoiceHotels terrible customer service experience. My reservation was cancelled by the hotel in Portland ME and I still haven’t been refunded after SEVERAL phone calls with the hotel and 1-80O corporate number. I just want my $1200 refunded.
