@shelbyspees Strong CoC helps! There's templates/open source ones. Have a public list of moderators. Moderators should have an idea of how/when to escalate situations, you don't need to have emergency meetings before taking action.

@shelbyspees Relevant to a current situation: make sure that more than one person has the "keys" to community. Admin roles, passwords, access to private docs, etc. Losing one person shouldn't mean disfunction for the rest of time.
