BMC is warning everyone about Leptospirosis. This dead rat has been decomposing for the past 4 days in the BMC Parking listed in the second photo. After repeated complaints, it’s still there, with a revolting stench.

This parking also gets flooded upto the ankles. The basement level has 3 motors but none seem to be functional during heavy downpours. There are many rats small and big like this one in the parking, cobwebs and dust everywhere. This parking is used by many and still in shambles.

Kubo has been killing it with Bleach TYBW.
The animation is amazing and the background music is perfect. All the character themes are on point. I hope he keeps adding more than what the original manga was about. Maybe Isshin and his Bankai?
