@janetacarr I feel you. I've recently had an issue where the heroku CLI just wouldn't proxy a port to my devcontainer. Disabling IPv6 (which docker doesn't actually support on Mac) solved the issue.. I had to dig deep to find that out.
I still think it's gotten better with docker.
