I agree with you. I am told BDA has written to the government seeking permission to hand it over to the local Panchayat. BDA should hand it over immediately along with the tax amount collected so far.

@BDAOfficialGok can you take immediate action to hand it over this month itself? Public can’t suffer on such urgent issues. BDA should speed up the process.

2009 .. all roads ,CA sites parks handed over to BDA
2010. taxes and maintenance
2011 we started following up with BDA
layout was supposed handed over to local municipal authorities or maintained by BDA from 2012.
2026 :Accountability ? ZERO

@Captain_Mani72 @BDAOfficialGok @rajkarnalli @MSRNECBLR @Captain_Mani72 sir below is the snapshot of BDA tax demand this year..BDA clearly saying tax and maintenance is for maintaining infrastructure ,road,park and cicic amenities for BDA approved layout as well..our roads ,parks ,STP handed over to BDA in 2011 .Hence our demand sir.
