@JetBlue check in staff were also extremely rude. Waited in very long line and then Indira (mngr) had no explanation for not allowing boot bags as checked baggage and yelled at multiple individuals in our party as well as did not treat staff well #upsetloyalcustomer

@JetBlue No. We were told that the boot bags must only contain boots. Our bags had our helmet, goggles and ski suits. The policy only mentions weight of normal checked bag and that the bag must be a boot bag (we met all stated reqs) We lugged the bags thru security instead😔

Worst flight experience ever @JetBlue policy states one ski/board may be accomp by a bootbag. No specification bootbag cant contain helmet/ski pants. Told @ counter to pay for additional bags; would have packed diff & instead we lugged several bags thru JFK🤯 #upsetloyalcustomer
