The village Officer of Nettanige, Kasaragod district is not approving the agristack farmers enrollment & coming up with excuses. Latest promised date was 10th June '26.
My enrollment is pending for almost a year now.

Parliament questions: The latest Ministry data on the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) shows an increased enrollment growth in PMFBY Kerala (from 1,46,546 farmers in 2022-23 to 2,19,648 in 2024-25), an incredibly favourable outcome. Yet, Kerala faces specific issues for which it requires state-specific assessments. All the Centre has to offer on this matter are generic national-level monitoring mechanisms; what's missing are evaluation findings on crop-loss estimation methods, premium payment timelines, grievance redressal systems, & farmer awareness levels in the state. Most critically, the Ministry fails to acknowledge two of the four identified challenges to PMFBY implementation: limited insurer participation and low coverage among small and marginal farmers. The Centre, in collaboration with the State, needs to conduct a comprehensive state-specific evaluation and develop targeted interventions to bridge insurer participation gaps and improve coverage among vulnerable farming communities, who need crop insurance protection the most.
