@DPT_53 @grahamallen Obviously no LEO training in this assessment…you shoot to stop the threat. LEO training states nothing about disabling an offender…it is centered on stopping the threat. An offender who is conscious with a gun in his hand has proven he is still a threat. Justified self defense.
