@atutruckers There is a lot of blame to go around, there are shady brokers for sure but there are shady carriers, and customers who hire both. Going in on brokers alone is a very simplistic view point.

If carriers and drivers stopped signing and agreeing to these types of things it would change. There are multiple points in which the dispatcher could have rejected it, or the driver could have done what was asked. But sure, lets blame the broker who got you the business in the first place instead of the shitty warehouse who dictate the rules.
