@joannagtweets We were offered to graduate with a lesser award based on the first two years of marks, or to wait until February 2024 for the next graduation. Half of my third year work, including my dissertation, has not been marked, with no indication of when it may be marked. It’s appalling.
I think there are just too many characters to keep track of now, it makes all the story points so thin. Plus, there’s no VO to give a through line for the ep, there’s nothing pulling it all together. #AndJustLikeThat
@dr_musgrave To hear this rhetoric coming from a GP is absolutely wild to me. This is why people don’t seek help for mental health problems, you absolute ghoul.
@boltzmannbutt @tauns13 @FernBrady Yeah they are but they are also brains that don’t function in the way that the typical majority does, which is why they are also neurodivergent. It’s something I found challenging to understand at first as ND is so often just thought of as ADHD and autism
@FernBrady LivedExperienceEducator on insta has a few posts about language relating to this, particular differences between neurodiversity and neurodivergence
#NeurodiversityCelebrationWeek2023 - one final push for participants for my research on the academic learning experiences of Autistic students.
We hope this research will lead to more neurodivergent-friendly learning environments & would love to hear from you!

Its #NeurodiversityCelebrationWeek and thought it would be a good opportunity to repost my callout for research participants! I am an autistic psych student exploring how adults waiting to be assessed for autism experience their identity. Get in touch if you’d like to take part!
@HealthyADHD This is such an interesting question! Do you think there is a difference in this for ADHD vs autism? It sounds clunky to say “I am ADHD” compared to “I am autistic”, I wonder whether the language function contributes to this in some way
Image description 4: If you are interested in taking part or would like further information about my study, please contact me on k.jones19(at)https://t.co/MSky2Ubof0
Image description 3: To take part you must be 18 years or over and be on a waiting list for an NHS autism assessment in the UK. You should not take part if you have been diagnosed with ADHD or a mental health condition, or if reflecting on your identity may cause you distress.
@AutistPsych @NeuroBee@SussexUni I would be very interested in this - I’m a 3rd year psych undergrad at Brighton uni so if any spaces open up I am keen to get involved 😊
