1. Swiggy: Ordered 3 items. But they missed delivering the 3rd item. I came to know about it after 5 hours as I'd ordered for my family when I was outside.

The promise was to deliver in 10 minutes. Actually delivered in 34 minutes. It's not the question of delay - I anyways never wanted that book so urgently. Overpromise and under delivery is a risk. Costs trust.

There is a claim in the media that the IAF officer was brutally beaten bybthe Swiggy delivery boy. Here in th CCTV footage, you can clearly see that the IAF fighter pilot Wg Cdr Shiladitya Bose brutally beating and punching the delivery boy. The eye witnesses claim that it was a road rage after which an altercation happened and the IAF guy was bleeding, soon after the IAF officer stopped the car at a distance, came back to the spot and beat up the Swiggy delivery boy.
