देश के कई राज्यों में हुई और हरियाणा के भी जनादेश की चोरी के खिलाफ आज पलवल की सड़कों से कांग्रेस ने साफ़ ऐलान किया — जनता के वोट पर डाका डालकर बनी सत्ता को स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। लोकतंत्र में सरकार जनता के वोट से बनती है, किसी चुनावी हेराफेरी से नहीं।

आज हरियाणा प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष श्री @raonarenderinc, पूर्व मंत्री श्री करण दलाल, जिला कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष श्री @netarpal और सैकड़ों कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ मैं पलवल उपायुक्त कार्यालय तक विरोध मार्च में शामिल हुआ।

हमारी स्पष्ट मांग है — मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार तत्काल इस्तीफा दें और उन्हें गिरफ्तार किया जाए। उनके कार्यकाल में लिए गए सभी फैसलों और मतदाता सूचियों से जुड़े बदलावों की स्वतंत्र एवं व्यापक समीक्षा हो, ‘वोट चोरी’ की जिम्मेदारी तय हो और दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए।

हरियाणा में 2024 के विधानसभा चुनाव के जनादेश को लेकर गंभीर सवाल उठे हैं। जो तथ्य सामने आए हैं, उनके आधार पर कांग्रेस की स्पष्ट भूमिका है कि जनता का वास्तविक जनादेश कांग्रेस के पक्ष में था, जिसे चुनावी हेराफेरी के माध्यम से प्रभावित किया गया। इसलिए भाजपा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह सैनी को राज करने का कोई भी नैतिक अधिकार नहीं है और उनको तत्काल इस्तीफा देना चाहिए तथा हरियाणा की जनता को नए सिरे से अपना जनादेश देने का अवसर मिलना चाहिए।

वोट की चोरी पर चुप्पी नहीं — जवाबदेही चाहिए।
जनादेश की चोरी पर समझौता नहीं — न्याय चाहिए।
लोकतंत्र और संविधान की रक्षा के लिए कांग्रेस हर मोर्चे पर संघर्ष करेगी।

Haryana will not allow its vote to be stolen, its mandate to be questioned, or its democracy to be weakened.

Today, while addressing the Ganaur Block Congress Sammelan in Sonipat district, I made it clear that the fight to protect the sanctity of every vote in Haryana will be taken to every village, every block and every booth.

After the 2024 Haryana Assembly elections, our leader Shri Rahul Gandhi Ji placed serious facts concerning “Vote Chori” and irregularities in Haryana’s electoral rolls before the nation. The latest investigation by The Indian Express has now reported that Election Commissioners Shri Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Shri Vivek Joshi formally raised objections at least 14 times over 10 months regarding decisions relating to electoral rolls, addition and deletion of voters, and access to election data.

These developments raise questions that cannot simply be brushed aside.

Our demands are clear :

• CEC Gyanesh Kumar must resign or be removed from office.

• An independent, impartial and time-bound investigation must be conducted into all allegations concerning the electoral process and electoral rolls.

• The complete electoral data and decision-making record relating to Haryana’s 2024 Assembly elections must be made transparent and subject to independent scrutiny.

• Every allegation concerning wrongful inclusion, deletion, duplication or manipulation of voters in Haryana must be investigated, and those responsible must be held accountable.

• The people of Haryana must be given a clear and credible answer on whether their 2024 democratic mandate was faithfully reflected in the final election results.

And our demand in Haryana is equally clear :

Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini must resign. The Congress has raised serious questions about the legitimacy of the 2024 Haryana mandate. If the mandate on which this government rests is under such a serious cloud, the Chief Minister cannot claim moral authority to continue governing Haryana.

The people of Haryana have a right to know the truth. We demand accountability for every vote, transparency in every electoral process, and justice for every voter whose democratic right may have been compromised.

@INCHaryana President Shri @raonarenderinc called upon Congress workers to take this democratic struggle to every village, every block and every booth, and to build a strong, united and disciplined organisation capable of standing firmly with the people of Haryana.

Former Speaker of the Haryana Legislative Assembly and senior Congress leader Shri Kuldeep Sharma emphasised the importance of protecting democratic institutions, strengthening the organisation at the grassroots, and taking the Congress message and the people’s issues to every section of Haryana.

I also made it clear that Block Congress Sammelans are not merely organisational meetings. They are the foundation of our grassroots outreach and organisational mobilisation — strengthening booth and block committees, expanding public outreach, taking the vision and message of our leadership to every household, raising local issues, exposing the failures of the BJP governments, and preparing our organisation for a sustained democratic mass movement.

My heartfelt thanks to Block Congress Presidents Shri Jagdish Rathi and Shri Ashok Tyagi, along with all the Congress leaders and workers who participated in the Sammelan with determination and resolve.

Haryana Congress will fight at every block, every booth and at the doorstep of every household — to protect every vote, defend the democratic rights of every citizen, safeguard Haryana’s mandate, and ensure that the voice of the people is never silenced.

और जवाबदेही मांगने पर प्रधानमंत्री खुद आपको “दिमागी नक्सल, नाराज़ फूफा” जैसे अपमानजनक तमगे दे देते हैं - मकसद, सवाल पूछने वालों को शर्मिंदा करो, बदनाम करो और चुप करा दो।

12 साल में ये सरकार दुनिया भर की बातें कर के आपको गोल-गोल घुमाती रही, लेकिन मुद्दे की बात नहीं की। दिल्ली में "ट्रिपल इंजन" सरकार है, तो अब किस बात से लाचार है?

लाचारी है नीयत की - क्योंकि जहां नीयत नहीं होती, वहां जवाबदेही भी नहीं होती।
