Forcing drivers to wear heavy traditional gear is a safety hazard. Driving requires comfort, not a forced dress code. We live in a democracy—let’s stop dictating what people wear and focus on real issues. #Ladakh#SafetyFirst#Democracy

Ladakh is home to multiple ethnic groups, each with its own rich culture and language. The government’s role should be to preserve this entire enthnic groups, not to force a single standard attire on everyone.
Block the straight of Hormuz for a week and the world goes mad but block the Rafah crossing for years, preventing the entry of food and humanitarian aid into Gaza and nobody bats an eye. It's not hard to see that this world values markets, profit and capitalism over human lives.
Dear #Arab world what kind of #islam you guys are following. For Good sake open your eyes and kick them out of your land, it solely belongs to you only. #alilarijani#iran#IranWar
Trump told Iranians to “take the streets and reclaim their government”. So they did, and they are chanting “D€ath to America and Israel” and calling for revenge. I bet Trump excepted a different outcome from Khamenei assassination.
Based on our firsthand experience during the Kargil War, some important points can help you and your family stay safe during shelling.
1. STAY INDOORS AT ALL COST
The probability of a shell hitting you directly is low, but when a shell explodes, it releases thousands of high-velocity splinters that can cause serious injury or death. Most casualties during shelling are due to these splinters. Solid walls and roofs provide significant protection. Do not stand near windows, doors, or open spaces. Stay in rooms without windows or reinforce them with sandbags or mattresses. Identify the safest area in your home—preferably a room with thick walls, no windows, and a concrete ceiling. If available, use a basement.
2. AVOID PANIC
Panic can be more dangerous than the shelling itself. People often get injured or killed in stampedes, road accidents, or while trying to flee during confusion. Stay calm. Avoid rushing to leave unless specifically advised by authorities. Running can expose you to more danger, especially if roads are congested or under observation.
3. DON’T BE A SPECTATOR
Never treat shelling as a spectacle. During the early days of the Kargil War, some people climbed onto rooftops to watch distant shell bursts, only to be caught in unexpected strikes that killed 3-4 of them. Shelling is not like sporadic gunfire; the blasts and splinters have a wide radius and unpredictable impact.
4. FOLLOW GOVERNMENT ADVISORIES SERIOUSLY
Instructions like electricity blackouts are issued for your safety. Even if modern technology can see through darkness, blackouts reduce the chances of drawing attention and have other tactical advantages. Disregarding these advisories can endanger not just you, but your whole locality.
5. BE CAUTIOUS AFTER SHELLING
Some shells do not explode immediately and can be delayed-action or duds. Do not approach or touch any unfamiliar objects. Inform authorities if you spot any suspicious remnants.
6. DO NOT WATCH GODI MEDIA
The Godi media is at an all-time low and has gone mad. The hysteria that Noida channels have created in the last few days has no connection with reality. These channels will only add to your anxiety. Stop watching them immediately.

After a long time, Kashmir has seen a shutdown — not for the killing of locals, as was often the case in the past, but for the tragic death of innocent tourists. It reflects a deep sense of sorrow and shock among Kashmiris.

These senseless acts of terror aim to disrupt the harmony and tarnish the image of Kashmir, a land known for its hospitality, culture, and natural beauty. Such barbaric violence will not be tolerated, and the perpetrators must be brought to justice with the full force of law
