India should ask US Ambassador in New Delhi to go back to Washington and remain there unless US expresses regret for the reckless killing of our citizens on sea. But Modi is a pussy cat before Donald. He shivers before him.
Ladakhi's r honest to there cause, center knows it very well. Rest is history u know very well how movements start nd end especially in jk from autonomy to 370.
Hope jk leadership take lessons from Ladakhi's nd keep there ego farway for a bright future of jk
A handful of notable Ladakhis, not more than six in number and not coming from any generational political legacies, have clinched a deal with the Centre that looks highly promising for their future generations. A visibly magnanimous New Delhi appears to have agreed to a model that’s specific to Ladakh, a special case. That’s going to make it the most empowered administrative entity in India without even being a state. Do I need to say anything about the political elite of Jammu and Kashmir? Or will you please make a comment?
@ManojNaravane sir,
As residents of the border region of Kargil, we greatly value initiatives that help foster better relations with our neighbors. There are over 10,000 divided families in our area (Ladakh and Baltistan) who have been waiting for more than seven decades to reunite with their loved ones. We respectfully urge the relevant authorities to consider allowing these families to meet on humanitarian grounds, as such gestures would go a long way in building trust, reducing hardship, and promoting peace in the region.

As per reports, the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Jenab Vinai Kumar Saxena, has sent a proposal to the Ministry of Home Affairs for the creation of a Ladakh Subordinate Administrative Service (LSAS) cadre to address the shortage of officers in the Union Territory.
But an important question arises:
Why only a “Subordinate” Administrative Service?
If Ladakh genuinely requires its own administrative structure, then why is a full-fledged independent administrative cadre not being proposed on the lines of other states and UTs?
Why should the aspirations and administrative future of the people of Ladakh be confined to a merely “subordinate” framework?
@lg_ladakh
Deeply heartened that the mortal remains of 9-year-old Late Zulqarnain Ali was handed over to Ladakh Police by the Pakistani authorities at the Teetwal Keran border. We appreciate the humanitarian gesture shown by the administrations on both sides. Humanity must always prevail over hostility.
At the same time, both the Governments of India & Pakistan, particularly the Foreign Ministries and military authorities, must establish a formal meeting point at the Kargil–Kharmang border. Similar incidents have occurred in the past where bodies recovered in Kharmang had to be buried there due to the absence of any return mechanism.
For over seven decades, the people of #Ladakh & #Baltistan have lived with the pain of separation, with thousands of divided families across borders. It is tragic that not only the living remain separated, but even the deceased are often denied a dignified return to their loved ones. Establishing a humanitarian coordination point on the #Kargil border is no longer optional — it is a moral and humanitarian necessity.

The border between #Ladakh and #Baltistan continues to witness a recurring human tragedy every year. Yet, such is the depth of hostility between India and Pakistan that not only the living remain divided, but even the dead are denied the dignity of resting in their own homeland.
For more than 70 years, families divided between Ladakh and Baltistan have been unable to reunite. Tragically, this separation extends beyond life itself. Bodies of those who, due to accidents, are swept across the river to the other side are often never returned to their native land.
Last year, several such bodies had to be buried in Kharmang (Baltistan) as a matter of compulsion. Just yesterday, the body of a child was recovered from Gangni (Baltistan) —another painful reminder of this ongoing humanitarian crisis.
I sincerely urge the Ministries of External Affairs of both India Shri @DrSJaishankar and Pakistan Jenab @MIshaqDar50 to rise above political considerations and address this issue on humanitarian grounds. A designated exchange point—such as at Hunderman—should be established to facilitate the dignified return of these bodies to their families.
The dead deserve dignity. Humanity must prevail over hostility.

This is the Islamic REPUBLIC of Iran
Congratulations to the noble people of Iran and to the steadfast leader, Ayatollah @MKhamenei_ir . Also congratulations to the oppressed people of the world.
The blood of martyrs has flooded the field of battle. The resistance of the people, the leaders, and the protectors of Iran has turned the tide of history. America—the global imperialist power —has been defeated in this war.
Not one objective of the aggression launched by @realDonaldTrump has been fulfilled. Not one.
The enemy’s calculations lie in ruins. The course of events has reversed: today, negotiations move forward on Iran’s terms, shaped by Iran’s demands, dictated by Iran’s resistance.
But let no one be deceived. This is a ceasefire—not the end. The war is not over. The pause will be tested by time.
Yet this much is clear: a strategic victory for Iran. A powerful moral victory belongs to all who stand against domination. The empire has been pushed back. And the people—awake, unbroken with the truth.
Long live the revolutionary spirit of Iran!
