He is a Psychiatric patient & he was not able to consult his doctor in Mangalore after 7Feb due to restriction.

Kasaragodians employed in Mangaluru are loosing their job due to the travel restrictions by Kerala while @HMOIndia says there will be no restrictions on interstate movements. This is a violation of the #unlock3guidelines. Sort it out &save the jobs 🙏
