“The appointment of the Prosecutor General by the Verkhovna Rada is indeed a significant event. First and foremost, because finding a candidate who simultaneously meets the requirements of the position and is willing to take on such an exceptionally difficult role during wartime is no easy task.

As we can see, such a person has been found. His professional résumé is truly impressive, although, understandably, some colleagues raised questions about certain periods in his past.

💢 Personally, I don’t see any sentiment within the Presidential Office suggesting a mandatory replacement of Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal. Why? Because he carries out the tasks expected of him and does not display personal ambitions that could pose a challenge to others.

And frankly, many things do not depend solely on the Ukrainian government. I’m not talking specifically about decisions, but about support, particularly financial, from our international partners.

⭕️ Some individuals who left the Ministry of Defense have become founders of private companies that now receive contracts to produce weapons for the very same ministry — and have rapidly multiplied their profits.

This is why law enforcement agencies should thoroughly investigate these companies and determine where the state-allocated #defense funds are actually ending up.
