@phlegmfighter All pleural effusions, nay probably all large pneumonias should get at least a pleural ultrasound! It has been correlated well to detect exudative effusions with an appropriate history.
@NephroP Another tip, decrease the depth on your unzoomed view, then zoom, you’ll get more temporal and spatial resolution. Digital zoom vs optical zoom.
