@SobaEdinburgh how rude is the general manager. Swears at customers and tells them to get the fuck out off here. Last place to go in Edinburgh #worstcustomerservice#nevervisit#rude#nostars

#ThingsThatGiveMeAnxiety
Some people like to watch you fail. It’s so sad. These types of people are poison. Remove them from your life. They can disguise themselves as ‘friends’ also.
Honest concern for others is the key factor in improving our day to day lives. When you are warm-hearted, there is no room for anger, jealousy or insecurity. Healthy, happy families and a healthy peaceful nation are dependent on warm-heartedness.
Mental health days need to be normalized. It’s okay for people to take a day off school/work/life to just focus on their mental health and well-being. No one should be shamed for prioritizing themselves. We all need days where we take care of ourselves and rest.
Be with someone who brings peace to your life, not problems. Who is joyful when you succeed, not jealous. Who pushes you to grow and doesn’t pull you down. Who takes responsibility, and doesn’t blame you for everything.
