My @myntra @MyntraSupport order #1313885-1981896-4611301 marked delivered on Nov 6 — but I never received it.
Agent admitted he left it nearby and never came to my house.
I have CCTV proof, yet Myntra says “delivered.”
3 complaints, no action.

Hi @myntra @MyntraSupport, my order #1313885-1981896-4611301 is marked as delivered,but I haven’t received it.The delivery agent called once while I was in a meeting and seems to have delivered it to the wrong address.Your support team says they can’t help,which is unacceptable.

Hi @zomato @zomatocare for my order ID-4975173397 my query was unresolved and the ticket was closed.Its been more than 20 days my query was unattended and closed with wrong assumption. I have enough proof to provide you evidence. Kindly look into this matter.
