I think chatbot is one of the most abused technologies by consumer companies in India. At best, it is a nested FAQ that the bot keeps referring to. It has become impossible to talk to a human & get a resolution to any meaningful concern in most of the Indian consumer companies.
@Airtel_Presence Dear @airtelindia. Have sent you repeated messages in DM since this tweet. Haven’t received any help except standard scripted responses. Would request your help here
Dear @airtelindia I am trying to claim Airtel secure claim, however, unable to do so in the app (snapshot attached, same status since morning) and unable to reach to the customer care at 121. How can I claim this?
@YatraOfficial I booked a ticket using gift voucher & then cancelled it for a refund amount of Rs. 3608. However, your email support team is refusing to refund the money saying that gift voucher cannot refunded? This is quite absurd. You can issue a new gift voucher in case the old one has expired? Of course, it is impossible to talk to your customer care and explain them the issue.

"Imagine: Children just walking into the cafeteria and getting fed. No accounts that parents have to keep up, no time spent assessing families’ incomes or processing payments or running down parents who haven’t paid — no 'lunch shaming' — none of that."

It’s the failure of TRAI the single worst regulator in india & easily the worst regulator the telecom sector has ever had.Things have never been this bad. TRAI is on the side of the telecom companies & the cold callers. It’s not on the side of the consumer
Finally, someone has mentioned it. Have given up on unhealthy and optimistically “average” airline food. Have made it a point to pre-choose a Fruit Platter (in Vistara/ full service international airlines) or totally avoid airline food if that option isn’t available.
Rude Food: Why is it so hard to get a good meal on a flight?
Well, the process involves industrial production hours in advance, rushed reheating in primitive ovens by harassed crew & chefs who don’t understand that food tastes different at 35000 feet
