🙏🏽 If post menopausal, 60+ woman and T scores -2.5 or less at any central site, she can get IV Zoledronate 18 monthly or yearly. (Close enough to Scottish protocol ). Recheck DEXA in 3 years.
See, main issue with old women in India is that they lose bone density very fast in post menopausal time and one day they fracture a bone. If that is a vertebral fracture then tremendous morbidity as every movement causes pain.
That pain is a situation for the society around her. She may be bedridden for few days/ months at a time raising chance of DVT.
Then the risk of further fractures are sky high (this is called imminent risk).
Vertebral fracture from standing position fall is an indication to treat the patient, NO MATTER what the BMD is (it might be just osteopenia… which is common).
If the fracture is a hip fracture, then that can kill the person also (mortality risk).
So…. there are protocols in Western countries for osteoporosis.
But unfortunately in India the awareness is very very very low (because these are women).
And remember that these are usually woman who are our mothers and sisters who have taken care of the entire family for their whole lifetime.
So… it’s an epidemic of osteoporosis which needs remediation.
Treatment is needed if diagnosed!

The reason I am suggesting this is that his Tajak Varshaphal chart for 2026-27 has 5th lord Rahu in 5th and lagna lord Venus and 9th lord Mercury in 9th. That chart takes effect at the time above. His Tithi Pravesh chart for 2026-27 also has 5th lord Rahu in 5th.

PS: I never made such suggestions/requests in the past for anyone else. But I am 100% confident that Annamalai ji is a sincere, selfless, dharmik & highly competent leader with deep love for TN & India. I am also confident that praying for his success is highly dharmik and WILL benefit TN and India, IRRESPECTIVE of whether he leads a new party that aligns with BJP later or remains with BJP after some drama and a fortified image pleasing people of TN.

PPS: You can start earlier than the time I mentioned and end later than the time I mentioned, but the actual time the new solar/lunar year starts for him is in the middle of the window I gave.

I always like to narrate the anecdote where a sadhaka wishes for a Yakshini and then spends the next 30 years completely (and by completely , I mean totally) in its control.
You see, Majority of left handed path sadhakas end up within the control of such things like entities which they have zero power over.
Even the spirit of a child is much more powerful than most humans.
That above is 100% true …..unless you have gone about sadhana in the correct fashion and spent decades on your backside doing anusthanas and homa and what not with Brahmacharya.
Then you might acquire some Shakti and better even, might think … how can I go further.
Only when you have Shakti can you help yourself.
If you can help yourself then you can help others.
But a left handed sadhaka with zero Brahmacharya will have no Shakti… so his condition is that he CANNOT even help himself … what to talk of helping others.
So, if you went about the slogging sadhana in the hard way… and now some spirit stands in front of you …
Then you will first think ‘why is this poor thing bound?’.
Next, you will think ‘How can I relieve its pain a little bit’.
Once you are not wanting something from everyone and everything you see… you won’t stupidly think of lower three chakra items which is what most people think of.
With that compassionate attitude and that much sadhana giving Shakti and Brahmacharya, even a Vetala is not able to touch a hair on the head of that sadhaka.
The entire spirit world has to bow down to the Mother and Baba of the sadhaka.
The sadhaka wanders fearlessly in that jungle of darkness completely chilled out. He wants for nothing and asks for nothing.
Everything is provided by Bhairava and Kalika!
It is important to retain perspective and realise that only sadhana continues and stays with you through lifetimes.
Everything else will disappear at death.

Sushant, listen up and pay attention, I’ll try to do it slowly so you can keep up.

Below is the Baudhāyana Śulba Sūtra 1.9, (sometimes numbered 1.12):

dīrghasyākṣaṇayā rajjuḥ pārśvamānī tiryaṅmānī ca yat pṛthagbhūte kurutastadubhayāṅ karoti.

Literally: “The rope [stretched] along the diagonal of an oblong produces [an area] which the lateral side and the horizontal side make together.”

In even more plain terms: the square on the diagonal equals the sum of the squares on the two sides.

That’s called the Pythagorean theorem today. A generalized declaration, not empirical observation of triplets in the wild. Before Christ. A late addendum to the Vedas.

And to say that’s the most profound mathematical insight would make the incredibly stupid.

The Śulba Sūtras are a drop in the ocean. But even just that talks about Pythagorean triples (3,4,5), (5,12,13), (8,15,17), (7,24,25), (12,35,37); √2 ≈ 1 + 1/3 + 1/(3·4) − 1/(3·4·34) accurate to 5 decimals, explicitly marked saviśeṣa (“with remainder”) implying incommensurability; area-preserving transformations between square, rectangle, and circle (early squaring-the-circle); similarity and quadratic area-scaling via shape-preserving altar enlargements; and a working geometric toolkit :all encoded as terse cord-and-stake construction recipes for Vedic fire altars.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

There is another myth spread by some people:
That giving Arghya to the Sun in the morning is not good for you if Sun is in Libra/ Tula Rashi or y or z position.
Unfortunately a lot of people believe it even if it is the farthest thing from the truth.
I happen to know scores of doctors with that placement (Sidereal (Hindu Jyotish) with Sun in Libra will include a whole lot of so called ‘Scorpio Sun Signs’ from the Western astrology point of view, a significant portion of which happen to be doctors and over the years, one of my main remedial measures for people who deal with stress of medicine practice used to be giving Arghya to Sun and Surya astottara… it helped in most cases who followed instructions).

Now coming to the crux of the issue:
Homa of course is like producing a mini Surya in front of you which has the characteristics of the Surya in the sky of Hiranyagrabha dristi while losing its Taapana dristi.. (in words of Dr Svoboda, doing homa WILL increase the cultivation of Prana far far more than the cultivation of Prana which is brought by Yoga- I am quoting almost verbatim from one of his books on Ayurveda for this one- my only caveat is that homa should ideally be done outside the house even if it’s drizzling or snowing if done daily, if doing once a week then you might be ok doing it inside the house, but ideally to get that Hiranyagarba rays, it should be done outside the house- to prevent any other practical problems, one can either dig a fire pit, or surround the homa kunda with bricks two tiers).

Given Prachyam’s blind support of Nilesh Oak, I have no doubt in my mind that the money donated for a Mahabharata Anime will be used to produce a film which will somehow or the other link to the completely fake date of 5561BCE for the epic which is completely wrong.
I think it would be foolish of us to support this given the history.
Possibility is that if push comes to shove, it might be better for us to make it instead. Money is also not an issue, we will not look for donations…
Problem is time, but may be a possibility.
We shall see.

Today is Hanuman Jayanti.
In my opinion, to really get any sort of darshan or understanding of Hanuman and indeed even to digest the blessings given, it is important to do some regular sadhana and one can start from today.

On Hanuman Jayanti, one option is to start a sadhana today.

1: Hanuman chalisa x 21 daily for 21 days.
2: Any of the myriad Hanuman kavachas x 11 times daily or 21 times daily.
Either Ekmukhi/ Panchamukhi or Ekadashmukhi kavachas.
3: Any siddha stotra of Hanuman.
4: Bajrang Baan can also be done but its energy is not easy to handle.
Brahmacharya is essential for duration of sadhana.
5: Hanuman naam japa can also be started.
6: Sundarkand daily once.

I rarely speak about someone’s reality or ability as a Saint and don’t respond.
But it would be wrong of me to not defend the name of Sai Baba of Shirdi who I know several evidences exist that he is a real Saint and so I am responding here:
1: Shirdi baba is real and advocated Vishnu Sahasranaam chanting (still happens in Sakori in Maharashtra and can be witnessed there).
He instructed Upasni maharaj (originally a Kulkarni who went into samadhi suspended by ropes on the middle of a crevasse and upon coming out of that found severe problems with his breathing… wandered for years to get it cured… none could help.. Sai Baba cured him with a mere touch) this Kulkarni then was instructed by Baba to allow snakes and scorpions to crawl over him (variety of Ajhghar sadhana) became an actual Avadhoota called Upasani baba (you can Google him… I have on camera interviews with Upasani Maharaj’s disciples now in old age from 2010 who confirm his disciple’s power over elements) so how powerful was the Guru (Shirdi Sai baba), cannot be imagined.
2: I also have it on record from one of the very few people with Siddhi I ever met in my life (I speak about this old woman in the Vaad interview) that Shirdi Baba was Shiva incarnate on earth.
3: There was an eye witness living at the time I was a boy in the 1980’s that person lived in Mafatlal bungalow in Pune and was eye witness as a boy to the most impossible miracle Shirdi Baba performed in front of around 3000-5000 people in 1911 which is stopping the rain, causing the floods to recede and what not… control over the elements basically).
4: It is not without good reason that Akkalkot Swami called him a priceless jewel(Sai Baba) on a heap of cow dung (Shirdi).
5: MV Kamath went to investigate and debunk Sai Baba in the 1970’s and came back as a Sai bhakt….
6: He is offered and still smokes a chillim in Shirdi on certain Thursdays. You can go and check, I have it on video.
I looked into all this in the 2008-2012 time frame for a documentary… so these are the facts.
Rest one may believe what one wants.
