Egeskov Castle
One of the oldest castles in Denmark is none other than Egeskov. The castle contains many historical stories and traditional cultural values typical of Denmark. This is a castle that is more than 450 years old and is one of the best preserved heritage sites in Europe. The castle consists of two main blocks connected by a special double wall. This unique wall is about a meter thick, next to it are impressive monk bricks. These two elements become extremely prominent with the background of fun conical towers with unique panel designs.
