@Livpure_India Yesterday the purifier was installed, but the TDS is showing only 26. Your product is advertised as suitable drinking water with “2 years free filter cost,” but on day one the technician is asking for extra money for a TDS controller.

@flyspicejet The flight is operated by SpiceJet, not ORN Vacations. As the operating airline, the responsibility of cancellation and rescheduling lies with you.
Passengers booked in good faith and shouldn’t be pushed between airline and booking partner.
@flyspicejet Already, many people are losing trust in SpiceJet day by day. Compared to you, Indigo service is far more reliable. After this experience, I will think twice before booking with SpiceJet again.
