Used this bus service first time and its pathetic. Their operators, service, basic bus necessities. They stop for dinner at 12 in the night and then have passengers that smoke inside bus. Their bus got broke down in middle of highway.
Still cx service is not helpful.
No body is helping even at airport. Customer service is telling to talk airport staff and airport staff to customer service. Its really sad and frustrating. The customer care said they will call back but they never did.

Pathetic service again. After reaching out to customer care and explaining entire scenario they ask to wait for 24 hrs for a resolution however no response is provided and we have to call and explain the agents again.
No follow ups too. #worstcustomercare
@IndiGo6E We got late because our cab got punctured and after reaching to the check in counter, staff was really rude. They didnt take our luggage and asked us to go to cisf. No body was helping. Even after reaching gate they said us the flight is gone. Then for next flight also none help
I was late for my flight but Indigo staff was equally responsible to make my flight miss. They were rude not helpful and v bad service. They didn’t let me catch next flight too and just blaming airport authorities. Now I don’t get my money or go to destination.

We trusted Karni Jewellers (BJS Colony,Jodhpur) with ₹2.5 lakh 4 years ago for custom jewellery. Despite repeated follow-ups and patience,the shopkeeper neither made the jewellery nor returned our calls. We’re exhausted and disappointed. Please help
Indians deserve at least one longish festival break a year, like western countries have for Thanksgiving and Christmas. A one day holiday for Diwali just doesn't make sense, especially for those travelling to their hometowns.
