@TalkTalk My wi-fi constantly drops, was on a live chat to a member of staff earlier who said there was a problem with my wi-fi after running checks and was going to see if they could fix it, I waited over 45 minutes then was cut off ?!?!?!

Third incompetent person I've spoke to today from @SkyUK. Had no tv for two nights as 'no satellite signal' was told I'd be £65 for an engineer just to come OUT!!!!! had been considering cancelling sky and that has just made my mind up!!!!!!!
