Karachi Bar Association has disapproved amendments in SC Practice and Procedure Act 2023 through ordinance & demanded CJP Isa to summon a full court meeting. KBA opposes the timing & manner in which judgement regarding Article 63A was reversed as it is allowing horse trading.

@Matiullahjan919 When new CJP sworn in,shall reconstitute bench,including previous signatories & include rest members of bench as prac &procdr comittee decides.That bench shall also decide fate of all events happened, ie const. Of bench, const. Of comittee. And also misconduct of a bench member.

@Matiullahjan919 As ASC,student of law,I opine that this judgment of SC is not in accrdne wth law& Constitution, 1st, prct&procdre comittee constituted Bench,is illegal,2nd, when bench is illegal al its orders&judgment r illegal,3rd,no man can be judge for his own cause,princple also violated1/2

@Hammad_Azhar Bilawal is just trying to do what he has been directed to do by boys, such a fall from bhuto family. The r more than 22 lakh cases in Pak, 21.40k cases are in High courts and lower court, 56k cases in SC, const. Matters r just 187,but BB needs to make new SC only for 187 cases.😜
