@AmazonHelp@ajassy your customer support team keeps on sending template replies in the mail. In spite of telling them multiple times, that i have already reached out to the Account specialist team number, and their reply was that they can't help. Your customer support keeps on sending same
@AmazonHelp There best position is not to respond for last 30 days. A simple issue where my account was put on hold without any information is not that complex to resolve.
