In good times, always remember that bad times will also come.
And in bad times, always remember that good times will also come.
This keeps you humble.
And it keeps you hopeful.
Keep doing the right thing.
No shortcuts. No bitterness.
This is the sutra of my life.
Sharing it today.
Every Sikh must listen to this renowned and erudite scholar, respected globally for his insightful discourse on the Sikh Gurus and universal human values.
Guru Nanak Ji cautioned against hollow symbolism, said; “Mathe tilak, hath mala bana, logan Ram khilona jaana.” (faith is not about external show but inner truth.)
This profound message clearly reveals how Khalistani elements attempt to mislead Sikhs by distorting Sikh philosophy through false propaganda.
Others may be responsible for your current situation. But you are responsible for your recovery and your future.
This is one of the hardest truths to swallow, especially when life wounds you in ways you did not deserve.
People can lie to you.
People can leave you.
People can disappoint you or betray you.
Circumstances you never invited can shake your world without warning.
Others may have created the chaos.
But the responsibility to rise from it belongs to you.
Because your healing, your growth, your future; these are too precious to hand over to the people who hurt you.
Blaming them may feel justified, but it won’t rebuild you.
Waiting for an apology won’t restore your peace.
Holding on to resentment won’t change the past.
And expecting the world to correct itself for your sake only keeps you stuck where the hurt happened.
Recovery begins the moment you decide:
“This pain will not define me. I will.”
It starts when you stop replaying what they did and start focusing on what you can do next.
Let them carry the weight of what they did.
You carry the responsibility of who you become.
Others may have written the chapter of pain, but you should write the rest of the story.

Something everyone should remember:
Criticism is a cost of entry for excellence.
Jeff Bezos said it best: “If you absolutely can't tolerate critics, then don't do anything new or interesting.”
You’ll have more critics if you strive for excellence than if you settle for mediocrity.
Average is addictive. It’s applauded by the crowd. You won’t be criticized for staying the same. You’ll be encouraged.
When you're on your journey to growth, some people won't like it. They’ll criticize your every move because it doesn’t blend in with the crowd.
But recognize one truth: This is fundamentally not about you.
Your growth, focus, and improvement are exposing something in them: Their insecurities, their fears, their lack of ambition.
To paraphrase the famous words of Teddy Roosevelt:
It’s not the critic who counts. It’s the man in the arena.
