Cover art for the October 2022 issue of Shueisha's V-Jump magazine, due out this Saturday, August 20, in Japan. (Issue out on 20th instead of 21st due to the 21st being a Sunday.) Issue will contain DB Super manga chapter 87. (Image via V-Jump website - https://t.co/bdr93CYBtW)
@ochimusha108 Perhaps most hilariously, one of the most obvious continuity linchpins that’s made the three paths (GT/Super/Daima) incompatible with one or more of each other:
So are Kaioshin and Kibito still fused or not…?
@ochimusha108 There was theoretically always the potential for someone do their damndest to tie them all together (Toyotaro certainly “fixed” things occasionally in the Super manga), but sadly that can no longer be Toriyama himself with authority. (It honestly became too large a task anyway.)
@iamWeaselccf@dbgrandtour_ Hello! Nothing in the interviews you've cited (pasted from archives on our website) have anything to do with a planned episode count of the GT series. There is no publicly-available information or statements made about a planned or extended episode count. This is all speculation.
Twenty years ago today (January 6), Neko Majin Z 5 by Akira Toriyama was published in the February 2005 issue of Monthly Shōnen Jump.
This one chapter saw a surprise English release in Viz's Shonen Jump magazine... but nothing since then...

@XdMrbrowni74800 No, there is no specific date for Gohan's birthday ever stated. May as a month can be guesstimated either from filler when they celebrate his birthday (even though it's not his birthday), and/or his stated age of 16 in the Boo, school timing, and how long it's been overall.
NOT A DAIZENSHUU:
Early-2000s pen/paper/action-figure RPG book series licensed by FUNimation, written by Mike Pondsmith, released by ANimechaniX/Talsorian. Folks regularly share highlighted "scans" of world/cosmos stuff from these books citing them as from "the Daizenshuu".
@DudesCentral@OneWhoPurifies@Di_Amri @eoalucard @PiccoDamayonaiz The same guide on our site goes on to provide context behind rumors on fan outrage and suggestions over Goku vs. Gohan as the hero... and there's no evidence of any of that ever happening, with a simple quote from Toriyama saying he just felt like it. Be sure to read in full!
@DudesCentral@OneWhoPurifies@Di_Amri @eoalucard @PiccoDamayonaiz Hello! Our guide that you've linked says the literal opposite of what you're posting, though: there is no evidence to suggest that Toriyama intended to end the series with Freeza, and we even have a contemporary quote from him saying he doesn't want to end it there.
