It’s not usable if it burns plan usage this quickly

@ScottyBeamIO I see everyone posting their grokbot emails - not sure how wise that is, seems like basic lockdown of what inbound emails can do is not super secure? Had to tell all my bots not to action anything inbound except from approved senders

I love Grok @bot - but given how fast I blow through my usage limits, i'm already wondering what routine jobs can be run off of it and then sent back. I think the usage limits may need tweaking - a month of hermes on codex with identical workloads and I barely touch my codex limits...
