Hello @RBI @StanChartHelpIN today marks the 17th day when my Online RTGS failed/rejected due to standard chartered’s issue which has been acknowledged by them and yet no efforts are made to credit that amount back into my account causing panic and anxiety as the amount is big.

@MyIndusIndBank @vr2much4i @MyIndusIndBank an automated reply doesn't count as a contact the customer. In corporate world it is called as just received the email and will get back to you at our convenience. I haven't recd any phone call from your team.

@MyIndusIndBank @RBI @IndusIndCare have an current account with local branch which was not operated due to lockdown and now charges are levied. Applied for closure of account 3 months back and requested asst manager to have the account closed

He agreed to do so, after 1 month informed not possible without penalties. I agreed but at a condition that only past penalties will be paid and not the once accumulated after my closure application, it is still pending don't know what is he waiting for..

Latest complain filed is under BANNP/E/2020/29691. So if pls some appropriate authority could look into this will be of great help and appreciated.
