Nevada’s Secretary of State says there’s a higher than normal of rejected mail-in ballots due to a signature matching issue.

He says one of the biggest issues is young voters whose signature does not match that on their driver’s license.

It’s mostly due to the fact that younger people don’t have a consistent signature.
