Telling people againnn and this applies to young skinny people!!! Not just overweight people, brown people, or if you have PCOS. You need to leave around 3 hours between snacking, your insulin cannot keep up if you keep spiking your sugar again and again. Coupla squats after meals or a brisk 10 min walk reduces the spike when you do eat whenever you can. Even just calf raises. Having protein with sugar reduces spikes. You shouldn’t be having 188228 pumps of syrup in your drinks daily and having it between meals. We weren’t built for this!
BREAKING: In an interview this morning Donald Trump was asked if his announcement that he intends to run for a third term means Barack Obama can run a third time too, and he got silent and frowned for several seconds, folded his arms across his chest, and said, “No.”
🚨BREAKING: Men posed as ICE agents and detained and assaulted a woman… and Tom Homan is telling everyone that they just have to comply with this.
A woman was driving on Highway 211, in Oregon, when a vehicle with flashing red and blue lights pulled behind her.
Believing she was being stopped by law enforcement, she pulled over.
Two men approached her vehicle, one was carrying a rifle, and they claimed to be ICE agents and told her she was being detained.
They pulled her out of her car, searched her, and put her in the back of their vehicle.
Then, a third man… who remained inside the vehicle… assaulted her.
He told her he was the “guard.”
The men were wearing tactical vests labeled “POLICE,” carrying fake badges, and wore face coverings.
They held her for nearly 20 minutes before telling her she was free to go… and then she drove herself to the hospital.
And while she was there, she reported that she started receiving text messages from someone claiming to be a law firm offering legal representation for her detention.
Federal authorities later confirmed this was NOT an official ICE operation… These were people pretending to be federal agents.
And this is exactly why Tom Homan telling people to “comply” with anyone claiming to be ICE is so incredibly dangerous.
Because what is a person supposed to do when someone in a tactical vest, carrying a gun, pulls them over with flashing lights and says they are federal agents?
Just trust them?
This is not about telling people to resist legitimate law enforcement.
This is about the government normalizing a system where anyone can look like an armed federal agent, claim to have authority over you, and expect you to obey without being able to verify who they are.
That doesn’t make people safer.
It makes everyone more vulnerable to being kidnapped, assaulted, or killed by criminals who know they can pretend to be ICE.
It’s really the fact Howard apparently took an $800 non-refundable deposit from all 502 of them kids… that’s almost half a million 😭!! That’s $401,600. I would be MAD ASF as a parent
Violence against teen girls has been on the rise for a while. TALK TO AND GUIDE YOUR SONS. This is NOT an acceptable reaction to jealousy or anger. This is completely out of hand.
My brother who hasn’t turned on his PS3 or used PSN in over 10 years decided to boot up his ps3 to play something that is currently DOWNLOADED on the console.
Licenses are expired and his PSN account is deleted. So games are gone forever
WOOOOO!!!!!
The United States just bombed a massive ship in the Strait of Hormuz, wrongly thinking it was transporting Iranian gas.
It wasn’t.
Killed crew members and destroyed the ship.
This entire operation is massive clusterfuck of ignorant decision after ignorant decision by the US.
A lot of these HBCUs need to completely gut their financial aid offices because it’s literally ridiculous how incompetent they be. No one should be calling since May and can’t reach anyone
Six months after the killing of her son, Alex Pretti, his mother is sharing a heartbreaking message about the grief she says has only deepened with time.
In an emotional post marking the six-month anniversary of Alex’s death, she writes that no one has been held accountable and says her family has never received an apology or even a single phone call from government officials, hospital personnel, or the Minneapolis Police Department. At the same time, she expressed profound gratitude for the overwhelming support her family has received from people around the world, urging others to continue speaking out and never forget what Alex stood for.
Her full statement:
“Today marks the six-month anniversary of Alex’s murder. No-one has been held accountable, no apologies, not a single phone call from any governmental official, hospital personnel, or the Mpls police dept. Six-months of pain, a roller-coaster of trauma over and over. Every time another a death, another mention, a picture, a tribute, a sorrow so deep. I wonder how to move forward. Will I ever get over this loss and this pain? Will I ever be able to enjoy life again? How does one live knowing that I have no power to change what has happened?
And yet the out-reach not only from Minnesota, but from around the world has been nothing less than spectacular. Every card, every gift, every heartfelt letter has been read, touched, held, and cherished by us all. The kindness you’ve all shown us is beyond words. Please never forget Alex and what he believed in ~ equality and peace for all. I will remember the things that made you, you. It will never take your memory. As long as I’m here, you will never be forgotten.
For all you asking what you can do. Continue this fight. Never give up your right to speak out, protect your neighbor, your community and don’t forget to spend time with those you love…”
